you’d think that a so-called gem of a hotel would have clean bathrooms, but apparently not! the lack of a lift was also charming in a cumbersome way. don’t even get me started on how i expected an upgrade for my troubles, but nooo, just regular mediocre service here. i almost would’ve given a good review, but just couldn’t.
